In the dark shadows I sit. The vibrational levels that are abounding in the daytime aren’t so much in the night time. Very peaceful. And people wonder why it is I love the darkness, night, and the moon so much. When it comes to enlightenment, isn’t the flame hidden in the darkness? A cloud of illusion? Penetrate the darkness and find a flame that no man can make or give you. There is a spark within each and every one of us that interconnects us because it is pure divinity. We use magick to uncover this, and finally become gods. Although its really just a realization. As it says in Genesis, man will become as gods, knowing good and evil. That we do friends, that we do.
It is said in the Hermetic Qabalah, that Malkuth ever looks toward Binah. What that has meant for me when it came to meditation on this thought is that yes, We do. Binah’s vision is the vision of Sorrow. Look at the world. We are ever looking to Binah’s Sorrow. But it can be a holy sorrow. The darkness and bleakness that one sees can be but a stepping stone to understanding, which is what Binah means in Hebrew. I’m sure there are deeper esoteric meanings to this, but this is what I get from it. :)
